I have been there quite a few times to get my hair done in the past. I made an appointment to get my hair done before a wedding I was standing up in and waited 30 minutes for the person I had made appt with (my old hair dresser left). I did not have enough time before the wedding to wait that long. I was very upset and asked nicely if someone else could put my hair up. The receptionist had to step in and do it, but absolutely no apology from the owner or the girl who I made the appt with. The owner is not nice at all and I will never go back or recommend anyone to go there!!!

I went in for a brazilian wax.. She (the owner) did not use powder to keep the wax from sticking to my skin. she barely blew on the hot wax before applying it. When I said something about the EXTREME pain she said she had to keep going or the wax would harden. That means she applied too much at one time.. She didn't want to stop for a minute between applications to give the skin a chance to stop hurting. She didn't pull the skin taut and when I tried to do it she moved my hands. She'd go over the same area more then two times which just makes the pain increase. She wasn't taking her time. Mind you, I had an appointment. Only after I started crying from the pain and sat straight up did she stop... unwillingly. She kept asking me if I wanted to continue after I said stop and no I wasn't going to continue. This was while still in the BIKINI area. I could not imagine how much worse it would've been had she gone further. I have had brazilian waxes before and this was by far the WORST one. She didn't even apologize when I told her how bad it was. she just said, "oh". I do not recommend anyone to go there for that service. A brazilian wax should sting NOT BRING YOU TO TEARS.

I had an appointment wiht Jen (which she squeezed me in for by the way) and she did a fantastic job. I got a free clarifier and deep conditioner because my hair needed it. She told me what she was doing every step of the way, and the color looked FANTASTIC. I have very curly hair and cuts are always terrible, but Jen did a great job. A week later I needed a bit of an adjustment because the layers of my hair curl differently so Brianna fixed it free of charge. While I waited for her another woman helped me pick out a hair product that would be best for my hair. I felt liek the most important person in the salon that day. I highly recommend this place!!!

they didn't do what I asked for. The color they gave me was no where close to what I asked for. The other woman there was very rude and had an attitude about me being there because she wanted to leave early. I left there very disapointed and would never recomend it to anyone.

I went into this salon for a simple eyebrow waxing (after all they advertise for it right on the window). The owner herself did a horrific job. One of my brows was about 1/4 of an inch shorter than the other and much further from the center than the other!! IT LOOKED TERRIBLE!!! When I got into good lighting and saw just how bad it was I called her back and let her know I was unhappy and would like my money back. She told me I could come back in and have her work on them some more but they were so butchered and short that I wasn't going to let her near them again. After refusing to refund my money, she hung up on me. When I called back her employee refered to me as "that crazy b*tch" and then put her back on the phone. Finally I let her know that I would be reporting her poor service and that if she was going to refuse to own up to the bad job she did by refunding my $10, I would simply come back in and return the $25 worth of products that I had purchased and disdute the charges for the service. I'm not trying to say that she messes up everyone's service but for a woman who claims to have been in business for 35 years, I expected much better customer service. These things happen and paying customers deserve better treatment. I do not reccomend going here and if you do.....DON'T LET JOAN WAX YOU!!!!
